Kristen Melesky and I began our website in December of 2003 as a means to provide various Connecticut sports news to our readers. Since its inception, our sports publication has grown rapidly. We now cover national and international sports events and news.
Currently, we have over 130 staff members’ cast throughout the United States, covering a wide range of sports stretching from Boston to Seattle and from Minneapolis down to Houston. We also have writers located in Great Britain and in South America.
Professionally, on a national level we provide various information from Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association, the National Football League, the National Hockey League, the Women’s National Basketball Association, the Arena Football League and Auto Racing among many others sports.
However, we have not forgotten our roots. In Connecticut, we cover a variety of sports teams. Professionally, they include the state’s only major league pro team, the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun, the Travelers Open, a PGA Tour event, and the Pilot Pen Tennis Tournament, along with minor league baseball and hockey teams, six NCAA Division I college teams, high school and amateur sports.
Our publication offers a great mix of sports information provided by MLB, the NBA, the NFL, and the NHL, various colleges and conferences along with articles written by our own staff members. The photo galleries on our website are extraordinary and are viewed by thousands on a daily basis.
We cover all 13 of the Women’s National Basketball Association teams, many on a full season basis.
If you are a college sports fan, you will find countless articles, photos galleries and other information on both men’s and women’s sports from various schools and conferences located from coast to coast.
This website is divided into several sections, which you can choose by clicking the black “buttons” located on the left side of the Home Page and all of the Sub-Section Pages.
