Terryville hurls 3rd No-Hitter of their season

Andrew Hinckley, Kenny Kerski and Mike Appel all back from injury, combine with Eli Oliphant to Strike out 12 and No-Hit the Rebels, for the Black Sox 3rd No-Hitter of the season.  Hinckley made his presence felt on the mound and at the plate, hitting his 7th home run in 7 games!  Alex Rauso and Tyler Wenz both added 3 hits a piece while Justin McCulloch, Kody Kerski and Gavin Lavallee had 2 hits each on a gorgeous summer night at Fuessenich Park.  Terryville wins 8-0.

Kody Kerski dominate as ever – strikesout 19

Kody Kerski stole the show on the mound striking out the first 15 batters he faced and 19 on the night on the way to a 6-0 victory for the Sox.  Kerski took a perfect game into the 7th and thought he had strike three called on a slider that the umpire called just outside.  The next pitch was lined to right center to break up the perfect game before Kerski shut the door by fanning the next 3 batters to end the game.  Hinckley remains red hot at the dish adding his 8th home run in 8 games as him and Justin McCulloch went back-to-back in the first inning to give the Sox a quick 2-0 lead.  Chris Ayer added 3 hits including and double while Billy Armstrong, McCulloch (HR, 2B) and Hinckley all had 2 hits.  The Black Sox improve to 10-0 heading into a busy week where they play 4 games in the next 7 days
