Watertown, Prospect join Tri-State League

Watertown Phiten will play its home games at Deland Field and Taft High School and is managed by Ben Germain and Chris Ayer. Prospect Hearts will play its home games at Woodland High School and is managed by Dan Gugliotti.  The Farmingbury Longshots team has folded and will no longer participate in the Tri-State Baseball League.

Stan Musial State Tournament: (4 teams)

  • Top team in each division qualifies for state tourney.
  • 1 Wildcard team for state tourney is next best record regardless of division.
  • State tourney designation/records will be the ‘first’ 17 games (playing each team once)
  • DATES: Mon July 26th – Mon August 2
  • Finances are the responsibility of the team participating at the state,
    regional, and national levels.

Tri-State League Playoffs: (12 teams)

  • Top 2 teams from each division
  • Next 6 best overall records (regardless of division)
  • NOTE: Teams will be seeded 1 thru 12 based on overall record
  • DATES: Tri-State Playoffs begins Sat August 7 & Sun August 8
  • NOTE: AABC ‘Regional’ team would not have to play until Sunday.

Consolation Playoffs: (6 teams)

  • Double-Elimination tournament for teams who do not qualify for Tri-State Playoffs.
  • DATES: Consolation Playoffs begins Sat August 7 & Sun August 8
