Torrington Rebels 7 Canton Crushers 1
The Torrington Rebels improved to 4-0 Wednesday night against the Canton Crushers. The Crushers opened the game with an early first inning run. Pitcher Ian Pierce then shut the door for the next 6 innings. Cody Lemieux led the Rebels at the plate with a double and a run scored. The Rebels play again on Friday night at 7pm against the Bethlehem Plowboys at Fuessenich Park.
