Justin Koutros threw a complete game three hitter with eleven strikeouts to lead Wolcott. Clete Lorusso and TJ Williams had solo homeruns. Cody Lemieux had an RBI single for Torrington.
Terryville Black Sox 4 Canton Crushers 2
Billy Armstrong threw 5 innings allowing just 1 hit while striking out 8. Pat Norton and Jake Tehan both went 2-3 with RBI doubles. Taylor Riley pitched well for Canton.
Tuesday July 11
Watertown Blaze 4 Amenia Monarchs 0
Mike Crimi picked up the victory for the Blaze going 5 innings and scattering 2 hits on the way to a 4-0 victory. Chris Comeau and Tony Patane each had 2 hits for the Blaze. Mackenzie Dunlop pitched well for Amenia striking out 8. Watertown improved to 15-0 and Amenia to 9-6.
