Amenia Monarchs 6 Burlington Hunters 5
The Monarchs beat Burlington 6-5 in a great game at Doc Bartlett field. Ken Shufelt led the offense for Amenia going 2-4 with a Home Run and 3 RBI and Chris Reed was 2-3. Travis Hyatt pitched 5 strong innings for the Monarchs giving up 1 run and 2 hits. Burlington rallied late scoring three in the 7th and One in the 9th but came up just short. Chris Morin went 2-3 for the Hunters.
